Sharon Tseng is a sound designer originally from Taiwan and now based in Vancouver. Over the past seven years, she has crafted immersive sonic experiences across narrative film, documentary, and games.
Her film credits have screened at internationally acclaimed festivals, including Cannes, the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), Sundance, Locarno, Tribeca, the Golden Horse Film Awards (金馬獎), and the Vancouver International Film Festival (VIFF). She has also been nominated seven times for Best Sound at the Leo Awards.
Sharon holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from National Taiwan University (國立臺灣大學) and a diploma in Post Game and Film Production from Nimbus School of Recording & Media. Fluent in Mandarin and English, with working knowledge of French and Japanese, she enjoys collaborating with filmmakers and creative teams from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
